Mama Sita's
Put a little zing into your meals with Mama Sita's Annatto Seeds!
These bright red seeds are packed with flavor and can spruce up any Mexican, Filipino, or Spanish dish. Add them to your favorite dishes for a flavorful pop of color!
Directions: In a saucepan, combine 3 tbsp (30 grams) Mama Sita's and cook over low heat for 3 minutes, or until bubbles start to form around the seeds, with constant stirring. Remove from heat and let it stand for 3 more minutes. Drain and discard seeds. Add to any dish that requires annatto oil.
