Coconut vinegar is traditionally made from the sap of the coconut palm which is fermented for 6 months in earthen pots, exposed to sun, wind and rain.Using scientific, hygienic and quality-controlled fermentation methods, we have obtained Sukang Paombong coconut oil that preserves all the natural goodness of the traditional coconut oil.
Acidity: 4,5%.
Ingredients: coconut vinegar 66.7%, water, sugar cane vinegar 16.6%, colouring: E150c, preserved: E223 (Sulphites).
